Chris Maggs Roofing Services was formed in 1999. Previously, Chris learned his trade working as a roofing contractor for several different companies around the Leeds area.
Eventually, he set up shop in Pudsey and now brings over 30 years of experience to his projects. Today, Chris and his team offer affordable, reliable services to homeowners and commercial clients across the West Yorkshire area with a strong focus on Leeds itself.
Chris runs a reputable and specialised company that takes on work-at height projects for a diverse customer and client portfolio. All personnel have experience in slated roofs, tiled roofs, EPDM rubber installations and GRP fibreglass roofs. Chris and his team also perform gutter repairs and replace soffits and fascias for Leeds customers with roofline issues. We even install Velux windows and our team specialises in EPDM and GRP roofing repairs.

Chris attended a tenanted property of mine to investigate the cause of a leak in both upstairs bedrooms. He arrived at the house when he said he would and provided videos and photos to show a new roof was needed. He attended the job when he said he would, provided photos on completion and then cleaned the windows and removed any final bits of debris once the scaffolding had been removed. Chris was quick to respond to messages and always ensured he let me know if he couldn't attend the property, rather than just not showing up. The price he provided was also very competitive.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work, communication and organization. Connor and Jayden who did the work were skilled, professional, focused and hard working. Chris visited regularly to supervise the work and do site clearances, which were fast and thorough. During early September there was some heavy rainfall but Connor had sectioned the roof up so that it remained water-tight and we had no leaks. After we got our quote my husband got bad news about his health which delayed the work but Chris stuck to the original quote despite the delay. With winter approaching we now have peace of mind that we have a sound and up-to-date roof over our heads. Thank you.

Chris and the team did a complete re-roof of my home, including installing a sun tunnel into one room. (I had previously had a higher quote from a roofer who did not know what a sun tunnel was, so was happy to hear that Chris has fit them previously.) Very happy with the professional and polite manner of the team - they were especially considerate of me working from home, including working around my schedule to fit the inside of the sun tunnel with minimum disruption to me. They were really tidy and respectful of my neighbours, and my gardens whilst working.
