Installation of Solar PV & battery system, Derbyshire. Equipment took a long time to order, but I understand this is an industry wide issue, and the setup wasn't 100% on the first attempt (RCD nuisance tripping) but the issues were resolved promptly and the system has performed well since. Our grid energy consumption has been reduced to near zero. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, trades were skilled and tidy. I shopped around for a bit and Clever Energy were not the cheapest but happy with the decision to go with them based on the quality of work and service I received.

A huge thank you to a friendly and professional company! Thanks also to Clive for my first service; a very professional and knowledgeable engineer. He answered all my queries about boilers and radiators. He demonstrated how to adjust the temperature of the radiators and water on the boiler. He suggested an optimum temperature that I should have both on in winter. (Mine was set way too low, by me, to try and save money, but the house was quite cold ). It's much warmer now after the adjustment. I have peace of mind with the service and emergency package. Clive fixed a leaking valve on a radiator at the same visit. Good value!
