Mark turned up early today in spite of the snow to sort out the jammed door lock to our terrace. He was extremely efficient and knowledgable and had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes despite it being rather fiddly. I also purloined him into dealing with a couple of other minor lock related problems which he was more than happy to do.
